Services
One-on-one virtual or in-person coaching for adults who are questioning, discovering, or finally starting to understand their neurodivergent journey.
Parent Coaching Sessions
These sessions are designed to support you in understanding your child and navigating real-life challenges with practical, individualized strategies.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. We focus on what’s actually happening in your day-to-day life—whether that’s communication, behavior, transitions, routines, or social interactions.
You’ll be guided to:
Understand what’s underneath your child’s behavior
Support regulation before expectations
Build communication in ways that actually stick
Create strategies that fit into your routines—not disrupt them
This is a collaborative space where you can ask questions, problem-solve, and walk away with tools you can start using right away.

Free 30-Minute Consultation
This is a chance for us to connect, talk through what’s going on, and see if this support feels like the right fit for your family.
You can share what you’re currently navigating—whether that’s communication, behavior, routines, or just feeling unsure where to start.
During this call, we will:
Talk through your main concerns
Begin to understand your child’s needs
Identify areas where support may help
Go over what working together could look like
You’ll leave with more clarity and next steps—whether we move forward together or not.
